5.Features of the Curing Press for Retreading PCR Tyres and LT Tyres

5.1 The Retreading Tyre Curing Press is including basement, mold openin&closing beam, hhydraulic station,beam cylinder, mold closing cylinder, bladder system, curing chamber,lower heating platen,PLC control box,etc.

5.2 New type of clamping ring is driven by cylinder which opening and closing molds. There’s sliding rod in the inner side of clamping ring which is symmetrical with segmented molds to close the molds accurancy.

5.3 Automatic temperature control to save the energy by 20%~30%.

5.4 Supply several kinds of pattern molds to fit for the different road conditions.
